Supplement funding: Implemting comprehensive PMTCT & HIV prevention for South African couples

Abstract

The supplement will expand the implementation and evaluation component of the parent grant and support infrastructure strengthening for the conduct of implementation science by our collaborators in South Africa. The HSRC and The Centre for Prevention Implementation Methodology, a University of Miami/ Northwestern University collaboration will collaborate on the supplement to provide training for HSRC scientists in implementation science methodology and to stimulate engagement of health care leaders in the application of IS methods, increasing the HSRC's capacity to optimize its support and collaboration in the implementation of PEPFAR programs nationwide.
