Abstract

For the young people enrolled, the aim is to demonstrate individual and collective agency by hosting dialogues for and by youth in schools, in faith based organizations and larger community structures. Primary aim of intervention: to test a pilot intervention with the view to increase voter awareness and interest in civic engagement broadly. Secondary aim of intervention: to increase first time voter turnout. Third aim of intervention: to up skill and train young people to facilitate their own future dialogues (not just about civic education but about problems troubling youth generally
