Abstract
The gains made in international advocacy for children and families affected by HIV and AIDS still need to be achieved in South Africa. The gains made in advocacy also still need to be matched by knowledge, funding and the implementation and scale up of prevention, treatment and care for children affected by HIV and AIDS.-
