90 / HSRC INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2018/19 PART E: ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS APPROVAL OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS The HSRC Board has reviewed and approved the accompanying Annual Financial Statements of the HSRC for the year ended 31 March 2019 that have been prepared in accordance with the Standards of Generally Recognised Accounting Practice (GRAP) and all applicable Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) disclosure requirements. This set of Annual Financial Statements represent a true reflection of the HSRC’s financial performance, position and changes in cash flow movements for the financial year ended 31 March 2019.
