Annual Financial
Statements
I have reviewed the accompanying Financial Statements of the HSRC for the year ended 31 March 2017. They have
been prepared in accordance with the Standards of GRAP and all applicable PFMA disclosure requirements have been
adhered to. This set of Annual Financial Statements represents a true reflection of the HSRC’s financial performance,
position and changes in cash flow movements for the financial year ended 31 March 2017.
