Board Meetings
and Attendance
In its commitment to ensure that it remains effective in its role as custodian of corporate governance, the Board meets
four times per year on pre-scheduled dates. Meetings are scheduled to take place in each quarter of the financial year,
taking into account the various compliance imperatives that have to be met. The Board determines the procedures for
its meetings, which are contained in the Board Charter and are reviewed annually.
During the year under review, the following meetings took place.
