Most citizens sticking to tobacco ban

A survey by the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) has found 88 percent of people were not able to buy cigarettes.
The council's Priscilla Reddy said overall 11.8 percent of smokers were able to buy cigarettes during the lockdown.
