Abstract

This proposal has been prepared in response to a call by the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) to analyse key skills issues and change drivers in the Public Service Sector. This entails identifying factors that are driving changes in the sector with either positive or negative implications for skills demand and supply.
