European Union: World Cities
Abstract
The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) supports the EU Consulta in the implementation of the World Cities project for activities related with the EU-South Africa cooperation. World Cities awarded by the European Commission (DG REGIO) to the Deutsche Gesellschaft f??r Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the contract 2016CE160AT017 is a project of the European Union managed by the Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) of the European Commission. The project promotes the exchange of experience and best practice between the European Union and non-EU countries on the theme of territorial development with particular reference to urban development, urban-rural partnership and urban cross-border cooperation. EU Consulta has been subcontracted by GIZ for the implementation of World Cities.
