Abstract

The BCMDA hereby assigns partnership services to the HSRC to conduct and facilitate research that will contribute towards the social progress and development through. Advancing and developing the institutions of higher learning within the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality region that will accommodate new technologies and knowledge hubs that foster innovation. This will be done in line within the BCMDAs mandate. Cultural development that will be able to preserve BCMs heritage and attract investment and talent, stimulate tourism and appeal to visitors and the city residents.
