Abstract

To explore how various forms of violence impacts the lives of trans and gender diverse persons in eight Southern Africa countries namely: Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho, Eswatini, Malawi and Zambia. The aim is to reach 800 -1 000 participants over a two-year period in partnership with 15 other community-led organisations across the region. To strengthen the research capacity of community-led and community-based organisations to become self-sufficient in producing research and knowledge about our own lives; Support current and future advocacy initiatives to drive change from an evidence-informed perspective.
