Abstract

Practical Action Consulting Southern Africa (PAC SnA) is implementing the final phase of the project Evidence and Lessons from Latin America (ELLA). This final phase of the project will run from November 2012 to June 2013. The final Phase of ELLA will see the implementation of the following Learning Alliances (LEAs): Small-scale Farming (LEA4), Human Rights (LEA5), and Climate Resilient Cities (LEA6). PAC SnA has been given the responsibility of running the Human Rights (LEA5) in Cape Town, South Africa. PAC SnA is therefore engaging Human Science Research Council (HSRC) to assist in running the Human rights LEA in Cape Town, South Africa. HSRC will be responsible for engaging a Human Rights Specialist to facilitate the Learning Alliance.
