Abstract

In August 2020, the South Korean Embassy decided to join the Brics Research Centre (BRC) HSRC by co-hosting a webinar on the Impact of Corruption on SME Growth in Africa: A Case of South Africa???s SME Governance Practices for Economic Growth. There was no contract attached to this process, as it was a joint collaboration along with the African Union Development Agency (AUDA) ??? New Partnership for African Development (NEPAD). The webinar was inclusive of speakers from South Africa, South Korea, and the continent. In appreciation of the joint webinar that was held, the South Korean Embassy donated R18, 000 as a donation in kind.
