Abstract

To probe and make recommendations on information and communications technology systems failure, loss of critical State information, leaking of information to entities external to GPW, governance systems and labour relations between the employer and labour at the Government Printing Works. HSRC to assist with the following: - TO review the report and present GPW with a synthesized, comphrensive and legally sound report prepared for presentation to the Minister. - Review the accuracy of the information contained in the report. - Review and confirm compliance with all relevant legislation referred to in the report. - Identify any possible inadequacies within the report that may have legal implications
