Abstract

To extend the scope of the synthesis evaluation on State Capacity with a Special Focus on Directors-General and Heads of Departments by interviewing Ministers in the national and provincial spheres of government. Seeks to contribute to the national development priorities within the framework of Agenda 2030 and the NDP, specifically supporting the South African government in making greater integration of scientific and evidence-based policy recommendations from a better capacitated Policy Analysis and research Service unit within the Presidency.
