Abstract

The objectives of the collaboration between the SAHRC and the HSRC on the human rights research reports are as follows: Objective 1: To draw on the expertise and research capacity of the HSRC in the production of the SAHRC???s Business and Human Rights report 2015/2016. Objective 2: To develop an ongoing relationship between the SAHRC and the HSRC, in order to both support the fulfilment of the mandates of both institutions, and to work towards the transformation of South African society in accordance with the Constitution
