University of Wollongong Monitoring the effectiveness of salt reduction legistlation

Abstract

RIA has been given funds from the University of Wollongong to assist them in monitoring the effectiveness of the salt reduction legislation on blood pressure in the South African Population. The samples would be taken when the WHO SAGE study kicks in. This would be in comparison to Ghana as an African country with no such legislation
