Abstract
In April 2011, the UK Department for International Development (DFID) commissioned Coffey International Development (Coffey) and the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) to undertake an Impact Assessment of the Strengthening South Africa's Revitalised Response to HIV and Health (SARRAH) programme.-
