Abstract
This chapter is based on the lived experiences of Vulani, a woman living with HIV and AIDS, who has the experience of being the primary family caregiver for her husband, she has also been a care recipient. Vulani's story is used in order examine the concept of care, that is, how it is perceived and experienced.-
