Abstract

This study evaluated the design and implementation of the housing allocation process in Gauteng province. The purpose of the evaluation was: To review the likely success of the design of the GDHS current housing allocation process and identify how its design can be strengthened. To establish whether the housing allocation process is being implemented as specified and explain the performance to determine progress in achieving the intended outcomes.
