Abstract
This report provided a background to the study, the conceptual framework for evaluation, the methodology, and a description of the HIV/AIDS project. It also presents the main research findings and present lessons learnt; an assessment of the main project outcomes and recommendations, as well as an annexure section including the research instruments developed in the study.-
