Abstract
This chapter highlights the critical importance of a continued focus on youth given the large spikes in HIV incidence in this age cohort, and also because youth continue to offer the best opportunities for prevention intervention efforts, as anti-retroviral treatment cannot succeed on its own, and which will begin to make an impact on the scourge of HIV and AIDS.-
