Abstract
This implementation framework document outlines a number of proposed strategies and tools for strengthening cities? citizen engagement activities. The framework emanates from the emerging issues and entry points identified in the Citizen Engagement Briefing Paper. It also aims to build on the outcomes of the City Needs Assessments (CNAs) and Capacity Support Implementation Plans (CSIPs).-
