Abstract

This chapter unravels research questions on Intergovernmental relationships from within the context of three spheres of government, transversal state departments and state-owned entities (SOEs), the chapter attempts to review and make suggestions as to how the mechanics of intergovernmental relationships could be best improved to respond optimally to service delivery.
