Abstract
A very specific objective of the study is to determine operational efficiency of the Electoral Commission. In order to do this, a set of closed ended questions pertaing to the operative functioning of the Electoral Commission were asked in the survey and are reported in the main Voter Participation Survey report (2015/16).-
