Abstract
This report is based on the project "Novel livestock vaccines for viral diseases in Africa towards improved food security" which was funded by the Canada's International Development Research Centre (IDRC), and Global Affairs Canada. The project, led by the Agricultural Research Council's Ondersterpoort Veterinary Institute, sought to develop a multivalent vaccine for Rift Valley fever (RVF) and lumpy skin disease (LSD) (LSD RVF 2- in -1 vaccine) for use in cattle, sheep and goats.-
