Mr Glenn Tiisetso Tshweu
Mr Glenn Tshweu is a Research Data Curator in the Digital Curation unit. He holds a BIS Degree in Information Science at the University of Pretoria (2011) and an Honours in Information Science at the University of South Africa (2014). Before joining the HSRC in April 2013, he was an intern at the Department of Public Enterprises; he is currently enrolled under a scholarship (second year) in Masters of Information Technology at the University of Pretoria.
In his current capacity, he prepares research data for preservation and dissemination by validating and checking deposited data and related documentation, reviewing and completing structured metadata, developing unstructured metadata to describe datasets, anonymising data for dissemination purposes and preparing preservation and issemination files.
