Mr Sean Jooste
Sean Jooste is a Senior Research Manager in the Social Aspects of Public Health Research programme. He holds an MA in Research Psychology at the University of the Western Cape. He also is the research director for South Africa?s longest running survey since 2002.His main research areas of interest are: HIV/AIDS and TB surveillance, Risk reduction counselling and interventions and HIV counselling and testing. He has an extensive list of published research reports mainly around HIV testing and factors among men in South Africa, National HIV prevalence , incidence behaviour survey as well as determinants of self-related health among HIV positive individuals in South Africa.
