Abstract

The National Education Collaboration Trust (NECT) seeks to take the opportunity to organize a broader public policy dialogue on education that will culminate in a document that sets out observations from the past 20 years and recommendations about the future of education. This includes proposals for action or for policy changes "to get the country closer to radical economic transformation". The team is tasked with developing a Report which analyses and reflects upon the impact of education laws and policy on the achievement of equity and quality.
