Abstract

- Understanding the financing strategies and their linkages to monitoring and evaluation frameworks of BRICS cities. - To evaluate the linkage between individual financial instruments and products to climate change targets and objectives. - Undertake a quantitative analysis of the effectiveness of financing in relation to emission reductions and climate vulnerability reduction based on 3 BRICS cities.
