Abstract

The purpose of the centralised SEEI will be to contribute to deeper debates on structural and systemic determinants of socio-economic empowerment as well as interrogate the spatial dimensions linked to these determinants. Furthermore, as per the Terms of Reference, exploring the feasibility of an SEEI is necessary for evidence-based approaches to effective planning in terms of strategies and targets to promote gender, youth, and disability mainstreaming.
