Abstract

The article analyzes the sectoral structure of food production in the regions of Russia. Official input-output tables and data from the SPARK-Interfax information system are used as sources of initial information. 20 food-producing industries are singled out, the structure of their interindustry supplies and the distribution of sales between domestic and foreign buyers are analyzed. An algorithm for creating aggregated organizations-producers to reflect the processes of food production in an agent-based model is presented. Information is provided on the established aggregated organizations for a number of regions of the Central Federal District.
