Abstract

The purpose of the project is to evaluate the implementation of the Joburg City Safety Strategy. The evaluation will entail reviewing the implementation of the strategy to date with a focus on drawing out the key lessons to inform any updates to the framework. The process will gauge the views of the multi-stakeholder role-players involved in the implementation and internalisation of the strategy, as well as assess the successes and challenges experienced by those involved in implementation in the six Geographic Focus Areas.
