Abstract
The HSRC-ETDP SETA Track and Trace Evaluation Study has been a year long journey which has been enriching, insightful and challenging. The HSRC Research Team wish to acknowledge the extensive contributions and support from ETDP SETA colleagues in enabling the research team to conduct the Track and Trace Study. The evaluation team was particularly impressed by the active engagement of ETDP SETA officials with the evaluation study across the various phases of its implementation. Special recognition is made of the leadership and vision demonstrated by study project manager Sibongile Nhlabathi. She together with the Evaluation Task Team (ETT) including Winnie Kananda, Isaia Mphaphuli, Ndumi Msebe, David Gulston and Tommy Baloyi, provided critical yet constructive guidance throughout the study and diligently performed and fulfilled their oversight role.-
