Abstract
The Millennium Development Goal 2 to achieve universal primary education has one target, which is to ensure that by 2015 children everywhere, boys and girls alike, will be able to complete a full course of primary schooling. Progress towards its attainment is measured and reflects South Africa's unique challenges and priorities.-
