Abstract
This report is about voice, measure and intervention in ensuring the sustainability of municipal water services to the poor. This report sets out to describe the activities undertaken, strategies developed, and tools created on the project. There has been a whole series of reports, presentations, papers and assessments associated with the project which are listed in the annexures and which, ideally should be read together with this report.-
