Abstract

Based on a population-based survey among affected households, this comprehensive report assesses how communities have adapted to the changes brought about by the water project, and analyses how the mitigation measures have assisted people to continue with their lives. Other socio-economic factors affecting the lives of highland dwellers are also considered.
