Abstract

This chapter presents an abridged version of the report: Study on Medium of Instruction in Primary Schools in Ethiopia. It includes updates gathered through communication with national informants concerning changes in languages offered in certain regions as well as changes in policy concerning teacher education and publishing of school learning materials.
