Abstract
The aim of the study is to identify capacity building needs of all the district officials against their job description and design a three-year capacity building plan for all categories of officials. It is envisaged that such a study will maximize the impact as well as relevance of capacity building programmes soon to be implemented by the MGSLG in the GDE school districts.-
