Abstract

The R&D Survey strives to collect data from which the required set of S&T indicators may be compiled. The quality of the resultant S&T indicators rests upon the quality of the supporting data that must meet the criteria of timeliness, relevance, completeness, accuracy, verifiability and maintainability.
