Abstract
A cross-sectional, population-based household survey was conducted using a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling approach. The study design was based on the methods used and validated in the four previous surveys carried out by HSRC in 2002, 2005, 2008 and 2012 including linked anonymous testing with informed consent.-
