Abstract
The main aim of this report is to provide the ESS pilot survey results of the public servants at Kalafong hospital who participated in the study. In other words, this report is considered as an important feedback vehicle for those participants from Kalafong who participated in the survey. The results of the survey are not representative of the population of employees at Kalafong hospital and can therefore not be generalized to all public servants working there. In other words, the results only reflect the views of those respondents who participated in the study.-
