Abstract

The design of the Quality Learning Project (QLP) provides for evaluation activities to be carried out at three points of the project lifespan: the baseline evaluation, the mid-term review and the summative evaluation. This report serves as the documentation of the mid-term review for which background data was collected during the course of the third year of the QLP implementation.
