Abstract
The extent, nature and patterns of educator leave were determined by analysing PERSAL information for eight snapshot months including February and August, 2004 through to 2007. This provides information of recorded leave days at eight points in time, over four years. A detailed analysis was conducted to determine the number of leave days taken and instances of leave taken.-
