Abstract

A recent study by Glenda Kruss, Angelique Wildschut, Dean Janse van Rensburg, Mariette Visser, Genevieve Haupt and Joan Roodt evaluating the impact of learnerships and apprenticeships revealed important trends about the potential significance of such a revived apprenticeship system.
